1. Payment of Registration Fee. Important Reminder .

 Please note that the registration fee rates for the Congress are net amounts. This means that we should receive exactly the amount specified.

We are sending you this reminder because we have recently received several payments that are less (or in a few cases more) than the required registration fee.

To avoid this you should instruct your bank that all bank charges are to be borne by the payer (i.e. you or your school).

If you have already paid the registration fee, and the amount we have received is different from the amount specified, we shall either refund you (if we have received more than the specified amount) or ask you to pay the difference (if we have received less) when you arrive in Beijing.

 We hope you will understand this.

2. Please notify that North America schools can pay in USD.

According to exchange rate of EUR1=USD1.60

3. We are very sorry to tell every delegate that the Chinese bank system does not support credit card payments as offered in the Congress registration form.  The registration fee can be paid either by bank transfer (WAY for remitting Euros) or in cash on arrival in Beijing.

4. If you have an accompanying person, we recommend you to note in “comments” the total fee you are paying including the accompanying person.

Accompany person does not need to register alone.

5. If a member school sends two delegates sharing the same room, the fees for both of them are the following.

6.Part of the registration fee covers the hotel room and breakfast fee only from Nov 2nd to 9th.and please bear in mind that if you stay for extra days, you have to pay for yourself the room fee and the breakfast fee.

5-star room is 1200 RMB, breakfast 80RMB per day

4-star room is 550 RMB, breakfast 35 RMB per day

7. The registration fee for the Congress does not include the Xi’an excursion.

The price given for the Xi’an excursion is an estimate; we highly recommend you pay the travel agency in cash when you are in Beijing. If you have any question about Xi’an tourism, you can contact our travelling agency:
